With our wide array of extrusion and conversion equipment we have the capability to manufacture every mattress bag requirement cost effectively, supplied either on a roll ( no perforation) or loose with single colour manufactured as per customer specific sizes, also suitable for pillows or children sized mattresses along with single print with warning and recycling symbols as per industry norms. At present we are a Sub Supplier to Ikea and have completed the I-way audit successfully as well.

In view of growing industry demands and for our own circularity targets we have successfully incorporated upto 20-30% recycled resin produced in house from our excess/internal reject film/bags waste into our Mattress bags supplied to our customers.
